Feelings

Why is it I feel this way?
 I've been through this before,
Though it's different now,
 I have changed,
Overcome with feelings,
 I am swept away,
Spinning around and around,
 Not knowing which way is up,
Knowing one thing awaits,
 Upon the surface,
Knowing things have changed,
 And nothing will ever be the same
